These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the services operated by AstroNova ("we", "us", "our"), including our devotional (Hindu bhakti) YouTube channels and the internal software we use to manage them. By using our services or accessing our content, you agree to these Terms.
AstroNova produces and publishes devotional content on YouTube channels that we own and operate, including live temple "darshan" and chant/aarti streams and on-demand devotional videos (bhajans, mantras, aartis, and scripture-based content). We use internal, back-end software built on the YouTube Data API v3 solely to manage our own channels — creating and scheduling live broadcasts, uploading videos, and setting titles, descriptions, categories, and thumbnails.
Our software uses YouTube API Services. In doing so we agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and we comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. Google's handling of data accessed through the API is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Our own data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content is provided for personal, devotional, and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it in violation of applicable law or the YouTube Terms of Service.
All content we publish is original footage or material we are properly licensed to use. Trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
The service and content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroNova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or content.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. These Terms remain in effect while you use the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
